Right now, I want to share with you the details about that first picture. One of my favorite Mother's Day presents I received a long time ago.
A Mother's Day chores coupon book
As I said, one of my favorite gifts was from none other than my son, who was in grade school, I believe he was in third grade.
I was blown away at how he mastered every single detail. The descriptions and the pictures he drew were adorable.
The envelope stated when those chores were redeemable, included a phone number to call, and listed the exact expiration date! :D
On the back, I can see all the struggle he went through when cutting those pieces of tape.

The coupons were done on Post-It notes. He adhered two of them, sticky sides together.
Six coupons.
Six chores.
He was gifting me his time and care, and giving me a helping hand on those chores he knew I didn't like to do. ❤️
I still get a huge smile on my face each time I read those messages. He learned how to cook those beans, and he was always ready to prepare them. :D
If I'm not mistaken, I only redeemed two of those coupons and didn't return the rest because I wanted to save them.
I keep them in my office, among many other cards and gifts they have given me over the years.
They grow so fast! It seems like it was yesterday when he gifted these to me, and he is almost turning 20!
Let me know in the comments below what gift you always remember your little ones giving you.
Nowadays, these are the lists I might nonchalantly send him via text for Mother's Day gift inspiration. 😊 Nevertheless, handmade cards are my all-time favorite gift.
Well, in my humble opinion, there's at least one gift that any mother can pick from the list below. They're all useful products to wear, like the wrap style dress that's flattering on any body type, or the hat or summer bag. Pretty accent pieces that she'll love to decorate with around the house. I even included my two favorite tools for women because we are DIY'ers.
