Having a small kitchen makes it a challenge to keep it organized. We have to be creative in finding ways to store all those big and small kitchen gadgets, food, dishes, and everything that we need to store in our kitchens!

But what I like the most about my kitchen is that even though is a small kitchen, it is easy to keep it organized thanks to the many storage solutions that I've created.

For instance, a few weeks ago I was having trouble getting the knives in and out of the little drawer space where I kept them. I didn't want the knives stored there, against each other, especially after having a brand new and very sharp knife set that I've ordered!

The solution to the knife problem was buying a wooden magnetic knife strip.

Look at that walnut!

I love it!

I installed it on the side of the fridge, ha the fridge enclosure. I did pre-drills and then the screws had to be barely outside for the strip to have a tight fit, no movement.
