How are you doing?! Are you guys already enjoying your vacation? Maybe vacation is still a month away? or perhaps you're already back or having a stay-cation?! No matter what, I really hope you're having an awesome time!
However, no matter where you might be next weekend, let's celebrate the fourth of July!
I'm gonna to be
home with my husband and kids, a very normal afternoon that we want to spend enjoying some hamburgers, hot dogs, corn on the cob, a salad, and who knows what else! Well, just regular stuff.
As you can see, I prepared a very low key table than anyone can have!
Paper plates... Checked.
Paper Napkins... Checked.
Paper placemats... Checked.
Plastic silverware... Checked.
For placemats I'm using pieces of red striped wax paper I found a long time ago at Walmart. The blue polka dot and red striped plates are from Target.
The table is none other than the big wire spool I scored a long time ago thru Craiglist.
The wooden stars where brought out once again.
And of course, American flags are the centerpiece.
The red bench came in handy at holding the toolbox with extra supplies and the flowering geranium.
Lights put a festive mood to any occasion.
My daughter's work made it to the table as well. I love this little piece she created in her ceramics class.
All the metal buckets were bought at Target. The small ones hold sparklers and bubbles.
Something that this pair are enjoying to pieces this Summer! :)
This is the first year ever they've had sparklers! I never thought of buying them and they never asked for them. It's kind of fun to see how much they're loving them!
Where are you? How are ya gonna celebrate? Let's share!
Have a great Fourth of July!
