Creative Ways for Decorating with Tree Branches
Today was one of those crisp, sun-drenched mornings that feel too sluggish for indoor chores.
Craving some fresh air, my husband and I decided to skip the power tools for a moment and head out for a walk through the neighborhood.
Finding Inspiration: What to Do with Foraged Branches
Once I got back, I turned to the internet to see how others are bringing the outdoors in. If you’ve found beautiful branches on a hike or in your own backyard, here are five chic ways to style natural branch decor:
Sculptural Branch Arrangements: Place a tall, architectural limb in a floor vase for an instant minimalist statement.

A second batch was used to create this cute Easter Egg Tree.

A little branch in the kids' room was also taken from that big pile.

More branches were brought to the girls' room.

and finally, for creating this little branchy Christmas tree.
This week will be the reveal of the Laundry Room. Be sure to check it out!

I just love branches. Years ago I decorated a local coffee house and I went out and got a huge branch (that still had a bird's nest in it) and mounted it to the main wall. You would have thought I brought in a million dollar piece of art with all the comments I got on it.
