Lucketts Holiday Open House

red barn decorated for Christmas with big wreath and horse drawn sleigh

Hey there,

A good chunk of my black Friday was spent right here at the Holiday open house at the Old Lucketts Store and it was simply wonderful!

The perfect way to start the holiday season. :)

There were tons of decorating ideas not only at the Design House but also at the store.

I was like a little child in a toy store, checking every little nook and cranny because gorgeous Christmas decor was displayed all around.

I'm going to let the pics talk by themselves.  Enjoy them and grab lots of inspiration to decorate your own home!

  1. glad to see you were able to go, it is such a fun place! and it looks way less crowded than when I went. Under the sun, it looks even more inspiring. Did you but any ornaments?

    1. Oh, this was was first holiday visit and wow! I loved everything they had. It wasn't that crowded I was happy about that. I bought a sign and a little tree that I'm already using. Well, you'll see them next week during the Christmas home tour. ;)

  8. Visiting Lucketts is one of the things I miss most about Maryland after having moved away. Thank you for showing it to us in all of its Christmas beauty. I also enjoyed seeing your tour of Annapolis. That is such a cute town! I look forward to seeing your post that shows your own Christmas decorations.

    1. Hi Sue, Thanks for stopping by! This was a visit I did to the Luckett's Store a couple years ago. Yesterday I was there again, and it was as usual gorgeous! Lots of inspiration that I'm going to share next week.

  9. Exploring small towns and shops is the best way to spend a Black Friday! Love Fredericksburg, Petersburg, Gloucester and Staunton on Black Friday in Virginia!
