Our days have been full of activity... Going to the pool, visiting places, going shopping...
So much so, that it has also affected our meal times, forcing us to have quick outdoor meals, but hey, we're loving them. :)
I think this is the perfect setting to put those easy outdoor entertainment ideas that the Creative DIY Team is bringing to you today, because really, this is the time to be outdoors enjoying family and friends.
For this month's project I decided to set an easy outdoor table with the colors of the flag. At the end of this post you will find the links to visit each of the outdoor projects the other team members have created.
First of all, this is not my backyard, I brought most of the things I needed to my SIL's house. Her big, beautiful backyard is where most or our summer celebrations take place.
Blue and white striped paper runners are the base for this tablescape. Denim covered chargers, striped plates...
Lots of little flags, and even red roses from the yard are some of the simple touches given to this table.

Loving what you did! That little touch of milk glass , has me wishing I still owned some!
ReplyDeleteTry Thrift stores. They are full of it and it's cheaper than the antique stores. It is good for Christmas décor also.
