My daughter is a young adult girl that's right now attending college here in the DC area. I don't know if it was the proximity to all the branches of the government in the area, or perhaps, all those -bring your child to work- trips, that made her follow that path and work towards a degree in public policy. Her father works in the US capitol.\u003C\/div\u003E\u003Cdiv class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: left;\"\u003E\u003Cbr \/\u003E\u003C\/div\u003E\u003Cdiv class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: left;\"\u003EWell, while attending college, she's also collecting very relevant work experience for important government officials. Sometimes it's a big project that takes a long time to complete, and other times are a variety of small projects the ones that pop up and keep us busy. Well, at this moment I have a combination of both of them.\u003Cbr \/\u003E\u003Cbr \/\u003EI'm still working on updating the living room, I've been adding crown molding, the chunkier baseboards, trimming the windows and the big doors in between rooms, and that's taking me lots of time, especially the later one, with all the little pieces that need to be added on both sides of the opening. The other little projects I've been tackling are finishing the organization of the drawers in the kitchen and setting my office in the dining room. Boo.
